Imani da Lafiya: Gidauniyar Mari-Care Tare da Jagororin Addini Suna Wayar da Kai Kan Muhimmancin Rigakafi

 A Gidauniyar Mari-Care, muna da yakinin cewa lafiya haƙƙi ce ta kowa—kuma al’umma na bunƙasa ne idan suna haɗin kai. A cikin yunƙurinmu na ci gaba don inganta lafiya da hana yaduwar cututtuka, muna alfahari da sanar da haɗin gwiwarmu da jagororin addinin Musulunci da Kiristanci don wayar da kai game da muhimmancin rigakafi.

Wannan haɗin gwiwa na nuna irin darajar da addinai ke bayarwa: jin ƙai, kulawa da masu rauni, da kuma ƙudurinsu na ganin kowa ya samu lafiya da kariya.

Me Yasa Rigakafi ke Da Muhimmanci?

Rigakafi na ɗaya daga cikin hanyoyin da suka fi tasiri wajen kare yara da manya daga cututtuka masu haɗari kamar sankarau, cutar shan inna, hepatitis da sauransu. Yana ceton rayuka miliyoyi a duk shekara kuma yana hana yaduwar cututtukan da a da suka kashe dubban mutane.

Sai dai har yanzu akwai wasu da ke cikin duhu ko tsoro game da allurar rigakafi. Saboda haka ne muke ganin mahimmancin jagororin addini, domin mutane na yarda da su, kuma suna iya watsar da ƙarya tare da tallafa wa mutane wajen yanke shawara bisa ilimi.

Jagororin Addini A Matsayin Jakadun Lafiya

Jagororin addini sun kasance jagorori na ruhaniya da tarbiyya. Ta hanyar goyon bayan rigakafi, suna haɗa ilimin kimiyya da darasin addini, suna tunatar da mabiyansu cewa kula da lafiya ibada ce da alhakin da ya rataya a kan kowane mutum.

Ta hudubobi, tarurruka da shirye-shiryen al’umma, limamai da fastoci suna ilimantar da iyalai game da aminci da muhimmancin rigakafi da kuma yadda addini ke karfafa neman kariya da magani.

• Shirye-shiryen Rigakafi: Tura motocin rigakafi zuwa yankunan da ke da buƙata tare da haɗin guiwar jami’an lafiya da jagororin addini.

Ku Zama Cikin Wannan Yunƙuri

Muna gayyatar iyaye, shugabannin al’umma da kowane ɗan ƙasa da su shiga wannan tafiya. Muryarku na da mahimmanci, kuma tare zamu iya tabbatar da cewa kowane yaro da manya na da damar samun rigakafi—ba tare da tsoro, ruɗu, ko wariya ba.

Polio: Mari-care, SWOCHI, CLIP Engages Stakeholders on Importance of Immunization

 The Mari-care foundation for widows, single parent, orphans and vulnerable children Nigeria, Society for Women and child health Initiative (SWOCHI) and Community Life Project (CLIP) has engaged traditional rulers, political office holders, Religious leaders, market women, and the media on the need for sensitizing the general public in fight against Polio in Kano state.

The consortium engagement led by Mari-care foundation is aimed at beaking community barriers to polio vaccination as well as highlighting the importance vaccinations so as to prevent the resurgence of the diseases in the state.

The executive director of Mari-care foundation Mrs Ola Taiwo while engaging with stakeholders urged them to support the “33 days to power-up Immunization campaign” so as to achieve the set objectives.

GLOBAL TRACKER recalled that Nigeria has continue to experience outbreak of the variant Polio viruses with recent surveillance statistics shows the detection of the variant from 51 LGAs across 14 states in the country as Kano included.

Report shows the detection of the variant in Tarauni, Kano municipal and Kumbotso local government area.

The engagement tagged “the power to Endpolio is in our hands, Let’s take action now” focused on creating awareness on the effects of Polio citing natural examples and ways out.

Mrs Ola Taiwo said the participants was sensitize on knowing that “the future is in our hands, let’s ensure no child suffers from polio, “Together we can make a world without polio reality, “The power to “Endpolio is in our hands.” Let’s take action today among others.
